Cambria Joy is doing another fun vlog with me today! She is going to show us three quick and healthy workout snacks that anyone can make. These snacks are perfect for pre-workout and post-workout and did I mention they are delicious?!
(Post-Workout Smoothie 1-2-3 Smoothie)
– 1 Banana
– 1/2 cup of frozen blueberries
– 1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk *add less for thicker consistency
(Pre-Workout Toast Snack)
Toasted Whole Grain Bread
– Apple Slices
– All Natural Peanut Butter or Almond Butter
– Pumpkin Spice or Cinnamon
(Pre-Workout and Post-Workout Peanut Butter Balls)
– 1 Cup of Plain/Natural Oats
– 1/3 Cup of Honey
– 1/3 Cup of Peanut Butter
Optional: Dark Chocolate Chips, Raisins, Cranberries, and Dates
