Comparing yourself to others can completely steal your happiness (and money!). Here’s three ways to help with comparison living!
When I am comparing myself to other I am focusing on me. By celebrating other wins with them I take the focus off of me which helps me keep any jealousy in check.
Hi Rachel! This is totally random, but I love your dress. As a nursing mom I am on the lookout for easy-access options. Would you mind sharing where you got your dress from? Thanks!
Hey Rachel, I am a 52 year old mom of 2 boys (men) they are all grown up and out of the house. I just wanted you to know that I think your message is right on, especially for young moms just starting out. There is so much pressure out there to have a perfect house, perfect yard, perfect life, I know, I lived it back in the 90’s……but just like you say, life isn’t always perfect, so yes just be yourselves and raise your families to be happy and healthy, don’t let friends or other people judge you, and don’t feel like you have to “Keep up with the Jones’s”, it’s just not worth it. Be your own person/family. FYI…you are adorable! And my husband & I have been listening to your dad for almost a year now….love him!
