When I’m in the kitchen, I need something quick and simple. That’s just my stage of life right now, and I bet some of you guys can relate.
One of my go-to snacks is homemade salsa. I love this easy recipe so much I want to share it with you.
4 large tomatoes, diced
1 large white onion, chopped
2 jalapeños, chopped (just 1 if you don’t want it too hot)
1 can tomato sauce
1/2 cup cilantro
1 tablespoon lime juice
Salt, to taste
Put all those ingredients in a blender and blend until the salsa is the consistency you like. That’s it! Pop open a bag of chips and you’ve got a delicious snack.
